Raised as an over-sized elf, a human (Will Ferrell) travels from the North Pole, through the seven levels of the Candy Cane forest, through the sea of swirly twirly gumdrops, through the Lincoln Tunnel to NYC to meet his biological father (James Caan), who doesn't know he exists and is in desperate need of some Christmas spirit.
