Raised as an over-sized elf, a human (Will Ferrell) travels from the North Pole, into the seven levels of the Candy Cane forest, across the sea of swirly twirly gumdrops, through the Lincoln Tunnel to NYC to meet his biological father (James Caan), who doesn't know he exists and is in desperate need of some Christmas spirit.

Ryan Nelson is an actor and improviser in Minneapolis. His stage credits include Children's Theatre Company, The Brave New Workshop, Yellow Tree Theatre and more. He's also a company member of Science Live at The Science Museum of Minnesota where he puppeteers a life sized juvenile Tyrannosaurus to the terror and delight of children around the region.
