Celebrate American Indian Month with the triumphant return of Jon “the Ojibwe Outlaw” Roberts (Red Lake), Southsider Trish Cook (Red Lake), and Rob “The Rez Reporter” Fairbanks (Leech Lake)! It’s a full Shinob Squad! Each comic brings their own flavor of Native Humor to the stage — together this dream team ensures a memorable night of belly laughs. The "Shinob Squad" loves to delve deep into family life, friends, and culture while sharing the good medicine of our Native Humor.

Jon “the Ojibwe Outlaw” Roberts (Red Lake) is a stand-up comedian with more than 15 years of experience performing on stage. Jon has been on small and large stages alike and leaves audiences wanting more. Jon is featured in the documentary, Rez Comedy,  and his work is highlighted in the book, “We Had a Little Real Estate Problem: The Unheralded Story of Native Americans & Comedy.”

Trish Cook is a deadly combo of being a Red Laker born and raised on the Southside. Trish has been a stand-up comedian for over a decade and performs across the Midwest and North Coast. Her quick wit and self-effacing comedy charms audiences from basement bars to the Guthrie, honing in on the mundane and finding the humor in dark and unexpected places.

Rob “the Rez Reporter” Fairbanks has been a stand-up comedian for more than ten years and delights fans on stages through the Midwest and beyond. The Rez Reporter entertains legions across social media platforms with his videos and physical humor. Rob can deliver the zingers and loves making audiences howl with laughter.
