In remote Antarctica, a group of American research scientists, led by a resourceful helicopter pilot (Kurt Russell), are infiltrated by a monster from outer space that can assume the shape of its victims — while research scientist Blair (Wilford Brimley), argues that the creature only wants to take them to it’s home world where you’ll never get older and you’ll never die.
