Two stoners (Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong) accidentally invent the world’s first marijuana-powered van and unknowingly drive it straight across the U.S.-Mexico border—smuggling a literal ton of weed. Along the way, they form a band, get deported, eat a suspicious amount of snack food, and forget what they were doing approximately every 7 minutes.
