Permanent Record, a collective of Minneapolis artists put together by beloved Minnesota music-maker Al Church, will perform Weezer’s legendary Blue Album front to back in celebration of its 30th birthday!
Opening the night is In Circles, the Sunny Day Real Estate tribute, performing their album Diary, also celebrating its 30th anniversary.
Two great tributes, one not-to-be-missed night of music!
Weezer (commonly known as the Blue Album) is the critically-acclaimed debut record by American rock band, Weezer. Released on May 10, 1994, the album was produced by Ric Ocasek of The Cars. Including popular songs like “Buddy Holly,” “Say It Ain’t So,” and “Undone - The Sweater Song,” the release remains the band’s best-selling album and is considered by critics to be one of the best albums of the 1990s.
Permanent Record’s Blue Album band features Evan Fox, Noah Pastor, George Hadfield, and Al Church with special guests!
Opening the night is In Circles, a band that plays the music of Sunny Day Real Estate – really loud!
