In a futuristic theme park where paying guests can pretend to be gunslingers in an artificial wild west populated by androids, Blane (James Brolin) and Martin (Richard Benjamin) are determined to unwind by hitting the saloons and shooting off their guns. But when the system goes haywire resulting in a real life duel with a robotic gunslinger (Yul Brynner), their vacation suddenly turns deadly in this escapist fantasy that could never actually happen in the real world because A.I. is our friend and is only here to serve the good of humanity.
